This Privacy Policy explains how SynEra Innovations LLC (“SynEra,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the SynEra Innovations affiliate program and the affiliate dashboard at affiliates.synerainnovations.com (the “Program”). It applies to people who apply to or participate in the Program. Shopping on our storefront at synerainnovations.com is covered by the storefront’s own privacy policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect the information you give us and a small amount created as you use the dashboard.
Information you provide
- Application details: your name, email address, phone number, the social platform and handle you share on, your audience size, how you plan to promote, and your reasons for joining.
- Account & payout details: your mailing address (used for tax forms), and your payout destination — a Zelle or PayPal email address or phone number.
- Messages & uploads: anything you send us through the in-dashboard support chat, including file attachments.
Information created through participation
- Program activity: your unique discount code, the sales attributed to it, commissions earned, refunds, subscription billing cycles, and payout history.
- Technical & usage data: sign-in activity and a short-lived “recently active” status (used so we only email you when you’re away), plus standard server logs from our hosting provider. We use a passwordless “magic link” sign-in, so we do not store passwords.
2. How we use your information
- Operate the Program: review applications, issue your discount code, attribute sales, and calculate commissions and bonuses.
- Pay you, verify your payout destination (including a small test payment), and keep payout records.
- Communicate with you about sales, tiers, payouts, support requests, and Program updates.
- Meet legal and tax obligations, including issuing a 1099-NEC when your annual earnings reach the federal reporting threshold (currently $2,000).
- Maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve the Program.
3. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Program, and where required by law:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Shopify — creating your discount code and recording attributed orders.
- Klaviyo — sending Program emails (welcome, sale, payout, support, and similar).
- Vercel — hosting the dashboard.
- Payment networks — your chosen payout method (Zelle or PayPal) when we send you money.
- Tax authorities and advisors — when required for 1099 reporting.
We may also disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of people and our business, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as you participate in the Program and as needed afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements (for example, payout and tax records). When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
5. Your choices and rights
- Access & update: you can view and edit your profile, payout details, and email preferences in your dashboard settings.
- Email preferences: you can turn off non-essential Program emails in settings; we may still send essential messages (e.g., payout and account notices).
- Export & deletion: you can request a copy of your data or ask us to close your account and delete your information, subject to records we must keep for legal and tax reasons. Use the data-export or end-partnership options in settings, or email us.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR. Contact us to exercise them and we will respond as required by applicable law.
6. Security
We protect your information with measures including encrypted connections, row-level database access controls that scope your data to you, and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information and to limit access to those who need it to run the Program.
7. Children
The Program is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Significant changes may also be communicated by email.
